Collider Inc. (“Collider,” “Forge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the marketing website at myforge.world (the “Site”), which describes the Forge platform and allows visitors to join Forge’s early-access waitlist. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information collected through the Site.
What this policy covers
The Site is currently a pre-launch marketing and waitlist site. It does not host the Forge platform, app, or any user accounts, and does not process the kind of platform or transaction data that the Forge product itself will handle once it launches. The only personal information we currently collect through the Site is the information you provide when you join the Forge waitlist or contact us.
What this policy does not cover
To avoid any doubt, this policy is limited to myforge.world. It does not govern the Forge platform once launched, which will have its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for platform-specific data such as account information, content, social activity, commerce, and the Forge wallet. It also does not govern other Collider Inc. businesses, affiliates, products, or services that operate under separate terms and privacy policies.
1. Who we are
For personal information collected through the Site, the data controller is Collider Inc., 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, United States. Privacy enquiries: innovator@myforge.world. General enquiries: hello@myforge.world.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Waitlist and contact information. When you join the Forge waitlist or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, and optionally your country or city, together with the contents of any message you send us. We use this information to manage the waitlist, respond to you, and keep you informed about Forge. 2.2 Information we do not currently collect. We do not currently use cookies, web beacons, pixels, analytics, or other tracking technologies on the Site, and we do not build profiles of visitors or track them across other sites. We do not collect special-category personal information, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. As with any website, our hosting provider may transiently process basic technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver the Site and maintain security; we do not use this data to identify or track you. 2.3 If this changes. If we begin using cookies, analytics, or advertising-tracking technologies, we will update this Privacy Policy before or when those changes take effect and, where required by law, will seek your consent.
3. How we use your information
We use the information described above to create and manage your place on the Forge waitlist; send you updates about Forge, including news, features, launch timing, market availability, and early-access invitations (“Marketing Communications”); respond to enquiries sent to hello@myforge.world or innovator@myforge.world; understand interest in Forge and inform our product, market, and launch planning; and comply with applicable legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your information and do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Marketing communications and your choices
By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive Marketing Communications from us about Forge. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in those emails or by emailing hello@myforge.world. Opting out of Marketing Communications will not affect administrative messages relating to your waitlist status, such as confirming that you have joined. We comply with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act and equivalent marketing laws in other jurisdictions.
5. Legal bases for processing (EEA / UK)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process the information you provide under the GDPR and, in the UK, the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Our legal bases under Article 6(1) GDPR are your consent for Marketing Communications, taking steps at your request such as adding you to the waitlist, our legitimate interests in operating, improving, and promoting the Site and Forge and managing enquiries, and compliance with legal obligations. This Privacy Policy also serves as our notice under Articles 13 and 14 GDPR.
6. How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We disclose the information you provide only to service providers that support our operations, such as our website host, email and waitlist-management platforms, and similar providers; professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants where needed; a successor entity in connection with a merger, financing, reorganisation, or sale of assets, under appropriate confidentiality protections; and authorities or others where required by law or to protect legal rights.
7. International data transfers
Collider Inc. is based in the United States. If you contact us or join the waitlist from the EEA or UK, the information you provide will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, such transfers are made under an appropriate safeguard recognised under Articles 44–49 GDPR, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and, for the UK, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. You may request information about these safeguards using the contact details below.
8. Data retention
We keep waitlist and contact information for as long as your waitlist registration remains active, and thereafter as needed to manage any resulting relationship and to meet our legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations. If the Forge platform launches, we may use your waitlist information to invite you to register, at which point the Forge platform’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy will govern any account you create. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, we will do so within a reasonable period, except where we are required or permitted to retain it.
9. Your rights (EEA / UK)
If you are in the EEA or UK, you have rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time, including by unsubscribing from Marketing Communications. To exercise any of these rights, email innovator@myforge.world. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office; in the EEA, your local data protection authority.
10. Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you rights regarding your personal information. In the past 12 months, the only category of personal information we have collected through the Site is identifiers, such as name, email address, and, where provided, country or city, that you voluntarily submit when joining the waitlist or contacting us. We have not sold or “shared” personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not do so. The Site currently uses no tracking technologies, so we do not process opt-out preference signals for sales or sharing. We do not collect or use sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA. Subject to verification, you have the rights to know/access, correct, and delete the personal information we hold, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise them, email innovator@myforge.world; you may use an authorised agent. Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents may request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct-marketing purposes. We make no such disclosures.
11. Other U.S. state privacy rights
Residents of certain other states have privacy rights under laws including the VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA, UCPA, and TDPSA. These may include rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, and certain profiling. We do not sell personal information and do not currently engage in targeted advertising or such profiling. To exercise any applicable right, email innovator@myforge.world.
12. Children’s privacy
The Site and the Forge waitlist are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction if higher. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete it.
13. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures to protect the information you provide. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting your information occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authorities where required by law, including, where applicable, within the timeframes set by Articles 33–34 GDPR.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, including as Forge’s plans, features, and launch markets develop. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. If we begin collecting information in new ways — for example, by adding analytics, or by launching the Forge platform itself — we will update this policy, or publish a new policy for the Forge platform, accordingly.
